William Ikemba Crowly
"The Credit Magician"
I was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in 1985 and shortly thereafter I became a Computer Engnieer for ICS Services and an Insurance Agent/Financial Consultant for A.L.Williams. It was here that I learned of the corruption in the Insurance industry.
This knowledge led me to begin an intense study of the entire financial industry upon which in 1998 I became an independent representative for ICR (International Credit Repair) Services. This company essentially went out of business in 2001, so me and my wife at the time (Veronica Crowley now Veronica Mack) decided to enhance the services from Credit Repair to the Credit Restoration Assistance Program (C.R.A.P.). By adding these services, we have significantly DEMYSTIFIED the misconceptions of the credit industry.
Our company currently holds corporate sponsorships around the country for Real Estate Investment Associations (R.E.I.A.). I'm also a weekly expert contributor to the Consumer Advocate/Real Estate Quarterback Show on 1250AM, 1380AM and 102.5FM The Bone where I am known as the Credit Magician. For those in the community.
I would like it to be known that I am the current President of the St Pete Business League (formerly the Black Chamber of Commerce) and I work diligently with the Pinellas County Urban League's Affordable Housing and the Financial Empowerment Programs as the Credit Man.
My 4 Step Recovery Plan
Using this proven 4 step procedure, we're sure you can be recovered from any financial situation
Step 1
We dispute all negative items on the credit report using the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) based on violation of due processes and whether the entry is valid or not. Remember, the burden of proof is on the accuser, which is the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA)
Step 2
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) follow-up letter. The FTC enforces all FCRA code violations. In this case, violation 1681i (30 business days or 45 days to respond to your disputes).
Step 3
Next, the Cease and Desist (C&D) letter will be issued to Collection Agencies (CA) when a customer is being harassed for a debt that has been "charged off" by the original creditor
Step 4
A Validation of Debt (V.O.D.) letter will be sent to any (C.A.) who demands payment for a "charged off debt." So never pay a collector, but never ignore them either.
